Language Classes

The Italian American Club of Venice offers free Italian language classes held at the club each week. We offer different levels of classes. Choose one that you would like to attend.

The Language Class will be on summer vacation and resume in October. Please check back for starting times and dates.

Class Dates and Times

• Basic Italian
  Monday 4pm - 6pm
  Basic Italian studies. Domenic Scotece instructor. Requires a copy of "Italian made simple" by Cristina Mazzoni
• Intermediate Italian
  Monday 4pm - 6pm
  Intermediate Italian studies.
  Bruce Bastian instructor.
• Domenic's Forum
  Sunday 2pm - 4pm
  An open discussion in Italian on any issue.
  Domenic Scotece Instructor.
• Italian Culture Classes
  Wednesday 2pm - 4pm
  Italian Literature, Culture and History.
  The goal is to develop a reading knowledge of the Italian language using short stories to build vocabulary, explore Italian culture and examine Italian history.
